Payment Terms
All approved customers receive Net 30 payment terms from the invoice date.
We accept credit card, cheque, and EFT.
Payments not received within the agreed term may be subject to standard late fees and account review.
Product Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with a product, please contact us and we will work with you to provide a replacement, credit, or refund.

Eligibility
Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
If the results of the product performance are not satisfactory, we offer to have one of our representatives come out to ensure you are using the product with its intended use.
Exceptions
Special-order, custom-formulated, or back-order exclusive products may have additional restrictions.
Products damaged due to improper storage, mixing, or handling may not be eligible for refund.

Once approved, we provide free return shipping or arrange pickup depending on the order.

Shipping timelines range from same-day delivery to 5 business days, depending on location and product availability.
Back-ordered or specialty items may require extended lead times; customers will be notified immediately if delays occur.
